Every question your people ask AI is a deposit. The only question is whose account it lands in.
We help you get real returns from AI with technology that connects what your business knows. Every AI project builds on that knowledge and leaves it smarter for the next, in an asset you own.
Most organisations rent their intelligence
Every model can be bought, and every competitor can buy the same one. What your operation knows is the part nobody else has. Yet most AI use leaves that knowledge somewhere else, in one of three ways.
Buy a public model
Questions and documents go to a vendor, and what the answers teach sits in their account, not yours.
Build a private one
A large, long project to build and maintain, and it still has to be connected to what your organisation actually knows.
Let teams improvise
Each team picks its own tools and agents appear inside the firm, with no shared knowledge, no shared rules and no shared record.
None of the three leaves you with an asset. Logs tell you that something happened. Provenance tells you where an answer came from, and replay lets you walk a decision through again.
A third path: an intelligence you own
Three commitments, in the order they depend on each other.
Sovereignty
Local by default. Your resources and your models stay local. Noetica is installed on your own computer, and Prophet Platform is hosted on your private cloud, so the interface can be in the cloud while the knowledge and the models stay on your side.
Governance
One control plane for who can reach what: data access, agents and the models they use, with policy applied by the system rather than left to memory.
Compounding knowledge
The return. What your people and agents learn is kept in an asset that grows more valuable the more it is used, and it stays yours whichever model answers.
Sovereignty makes it yours. Governance makes it reliable. Compounding makes it worth having.
The stack in one picture
Underneath everything sits HELLGRAPH, your knowledge. Above it, Prophet Mesh serves the models and agents that read and write that knowledge. People reach it through two doors: Noetica, the daily tool installed on their own computer, and Prophet Platform, the organisational cloud with a portal for each role. The Admin Console runs across every layer.
Two doors in: breadth and depth
Noetica is breadth
The general-purpose daily tool for whatever the day brings. It is installed on your own computer and works with a local choir of models, and every conversation adds to your own knowledge graph. Every answer shows which model produced it and which of your documents it used. You can bring your own keys if you want a hosted model.
Prophet Platform is depth
The organisational cloud: a portal for each role that does one specialised, repeated job, with workflows and data connections ready-made for the job. Its interface runs in the cloud and is hosted on your private cloud, while the resources and models it works with stay local. Configure it for your firm, or clone it and reshape it for an adjacent team. Step outside the portal’s lane and you are back in Noetica, on the same governed knowledge.
Organisations tend to start with one role and one budget, then add the next. The personas today include asset managers, credit risk and KYC analysts, capital markets analysts, relationship managers, food manufacturers, enterprise sellers, wealth advisers and lawyers.
HELLGRAPH: the knowledge underneath
Models come and go. HELLGRAPH is where what your organisation knows is kept, so every tool, agent and model works from the same place and leaves it better than it found it.
Connects what is scattered
Documents, records, systems and the expertise in people’s heads, brought into one graph of sources and the relationships between them.
Keeps where each fact came from
Each fact keeps its source, so an answer can show what it relied on and how well those sources back it, and say so when they don’t.
Grows as you work
Every conversation and document adds to it. Each industry has its own structure, and HELLGRAPH is shaped to yours with your own experts.
Stays yours across models
Change the model and the knowledge stays. It lives in your graph, not in a vendor’s account, so you are never rebuilding your knowledge to change a model.
Works with your systems
Designed to work with the systems of record you already run, rather than replace them.
Control and serving
Admin Console: the control plane
Where the whole estate is administered and governed: the Noetica fleet, HELLGRAPH, agents, knowledge and data access. One policy, including the information barriers that keep desks, matters and mandates apart, is set once and applied to every seat and agent. Team-level orchestration, fine-tuning on your own data and the model lifecycle are managed here too.
Prophet Mesh: your models, served
A choir of open-weight models of your choice, sized to your machines, with a conductor that routes each request to the right one. It runs on your own compute or in managed hosting. Local by default: a hosted model is used only where your policy permits.
Evidence you can follow
In regulated work, the question that matters comes long after the answer: how was this decided? The stack is designed to keep what a reviewer needs as the work happens, rather than reconstructing it for an audit.
- The questionWhat a person or agent asks, and why
- Approved sourcesThe documents and records it was allowed to use
- Agent stepsWhat each agent did, in order
- Human reviewWho checked it, and what they decided
- Decision recordOne record that brings these together
- ReplayA reviewer walks it through again
A decision record is designed to bring these together so a reviewer can walk a decision through again, source by source. Replay reconstructs the evidence and the sequence; it does not promise an identical model output.
Governance built in
Local by default
Prompts, documents and inference stay on your own computers or in your own tenancy unless policy allows otherwise.
Access and information barriers
Roles and barriers set in the Admin Console and applied down to the knowledge graph.
Policy as code
Policy is designed to live in the infrastructure, so it is applied by the system, not left to people to remember.
Governance you can test
Governed, repeatable adversarial testing with a tamper-evident record of what was tested and found. About SCOPE-D
Six questions this answers
Where will AI return value, and how do we show it?
By building on one growing asset instead of a string of separate projects.
How do we use AI without losing control of our knowledge?
Local by default, with the knowledge held in your own graph.
Can we trust answers for critical decisions?
Answers show their sources, and decisions keep a record a reviewer can follow.
How do we connect what is scattered?
HELLGRAPH brings documents, systems and people’s expertise into one graph.
Can we run tailored models in an environment we control?
Prophet Mesh serves open-weight models on your own compute, with less reliance on frontier providers.
How do we build an advantage that lasts as AI advances?
Models change; the knowledge you have built stays and compounds.
Where it runs, and how to start
Noetica: on your own computer
Installed locally, working with local models and your own knowledge graph.
Prophet Platform: on your private cloud
We host the interface on your private cloud. Your resources and models stay local, and the stack is designed so nothing leaves your premises unless your policy allows it.
Start with one role and one workflow
Your approved sources, a result your team can examine, then the next role. A hosted model is an optional route through Prophet Mesh, only where your policy permits.
