SocioProphet uses intake data to route people into the appropriate learning, mentorship, organizational, research, and opportunity pathways. We do not use intake submissions for targeted advertising, exploitative profiling, or data brokerage.
What we collect
We may collect contact details, application and routing answers, page and referrer context, and operational metadata needed to review, route, secure, and troubleshoot submissions.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review interest, evaluate fit, route requests, support safeguarding, operate intake workflows, and maintain internal service reliability and auditability.
Operational processing
Submissions may be stored in first-party systems of record, routed through internal notification queues, and published to internal event infrastructure for operational handling, delivery, analytics, and security review.
Human safeguards and minors
Where Academy involves minors, guardian-linked and safeguarding-linked handling may apply. Sensitive reports may require restricted processing rather than ordinary visibility.
What we do not do
We do not sell submitted data. We do not use intake submissions for targeted ads. We do not treat educational or safeguarding workflows as a behavioral advertising channel.
Retention and access
We retain and expose information according to operational need, safety obligations, review workflows, and documented system policies. Access should be limited to people and services with a legitimate operational need.
Policy evolution
This document may evolve as the platform, delivery channels, and safeguarding workflows mature. Versioned policy references may also be stored alongside submissions for auditability.
